To renew your loans, click on 'My Account' at the top of the page and enter your library card number and PIN. If you need a PIN reminder, click on the 'Forgot my PIN' link on the login screen.

Due to an essential system upgrade it will not be possible to log on to this website from 9pm Wednesday 25th Sept until approximately 8am the following morning. The LibrariesWest app and E book (Cloud Library) and E Audio Book (BorrowBox) services will also be affected. However, if you are already logged on to Cloud Library or BorrowBox you should still be able to access any titles you have already checked out. The digital magazine service (RB Digital) will be unaffected. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Did you know you can now pay your library charges online?
Charges on your account can now be paid using PayPal. Click on 'My Account', log on with your library membership number & PIN and go to the 'Charges' tab. If you have a PayPal account you can use this but if you don't have one you can pay as a guest with your debit or credit card. There is a minimum payment of £2.
Have you moved house recently? Or changed your email address or phone number?
You can now let us know online by logging on to your library account and updating your personal information. If you provide us with an email address we will send you reminders 3 days before your loans are due for return to help avoid fines.
