How to access the new audiobook service

The audiobook service has changed, and so you will need to set up a new account in order to download audiobooks. Accounts set up using the old NetLibrary system will no longer work.

Setting up a new account

  1. First go to the Online Resources page of the LibrariesWest web site and log in using your borrower number and PIN. Once you are there, follow the link to the Clipper audiobook service:

  3. Once you are on the EBSCO site, click on the 'Sign In' link in the blue bar at the top of the page.

  4. You can then create a new account by following the 'Create a new Account link' on this page.

Accessing the audiobook service once you have an account

Once you have set up a new account on the EBSCO site following the steps above, you don’t have to go via the LibrariesWest site again. You can go directly to the audiobook service by following this link:

Getting help

If you need help downloading and listening to audiobooks, the library service can only offer limited help as a third party supplier provides the service. Please contact EBSCO directly using the EBSCO Online Contact Us form or try the EBSCO Support Pages and select Audiobooks on EBSCOhost from the list of services.

The EBSCO help pages also provide information about using the service.
