LibrariesWest eAudioBook service
Unfortunately we have been experiencing a number of technical problems since the launch of One Click Digital at
the beginning of April. We are working with our suppliers to resolve these issues
as quickly as possible, but in the meantime here is some additional information which we hope will be helpful:

Progress is being made by the suppliers to ensure more devices are compatible with the service, and to
make more unprotected (mp3 format) content available.

The OneClick Digital Media Manager was upgraded recently so we recommend if you are
experiencing difficulties using it that you uninstall and remove it from your PC and then reinstall it. This
should help to resolve some issues.

Media Manager for the Mac and an app for the iPhone are currently being tested and should be available soon.
